Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, We cannot offer You a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Once Your return request has been approved, We will provide You with a return shipping label along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
Returns sent back without an approved RMA number may not be accepted.
Once Your return is received and inspected, We will notify You regarding the status of Your refund.
If approved, Your refund will be processed back to Your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Our part or a defective product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If You need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact Us before returning the item.
